The Innokin Endura T18 is the new best pen-style device
Innokin have long had a great name in box mods – the MVP and Cool Fire series has been absurdly popular among vapers. But with the speed at which devices are released, Innokin fell behind the curve over the last 18 months. Now, though, they’re back – and in a big way.
The Endura T18 is a brand new pen-style device. The kit is aimed at both new vapers and those looking to upgrade from their starter kits, be it the Kanger EVOD 2 or the Joyetech Ego One, or any of a number of others.
The great selling point of the Endura T18 is the simplicity with which it can be used. It’s a top-fill device, so when setting up all you need to do is unscrew the lid, fill the juice, let it sit for five minutes, and then vape away. We’ve never seen an easier device to set up that just vapes so well right off the bat.
The Endura T18 comes with a brand new design coil from Innokin, the Prism coil system. This is a very large coil, measuring about three-and-a-half centimetres tall. It’s a chimney-style coil, with four sets of five wicking holes. This allows excellent wicking of the juice onto the coil, meaning that you’ll never have any problem with a burnt or dry hit as long as there’s juice in the tank.
The battery is a large, 1000mah capacity, and running with the included 1.5 ohm coil at an optimised 14 watts, you’ll get about 500 puffs out of a single charge. This is more than enough for an all-day vaping experience, and will likely last most vapers significantly longer.
How does it vape?
The Endura really is a great vape. Once the coil has been primed by being soaked for five minutes before its first use, it just does exactly what it’s supposed to do. No dry hits, just flavourful vapour.
You’ll get a really decent hit out of the Endura T18, too, with the 1.5 ohm coil. This is on-par with the Aspire Nautilus Mini in terms of vapour production, probably better than the Joyetech Ego One with a 1.0 ohm coil inserted (and with better flavour), and several ballparks over from the Kanger EVOD 2.
Not to beat home the point too much, but the Endura T18 is the best all-in-one mouth-to-lung inhale starter kit on the market today. Not only that, it’s the easiest starter kit on the market to use.
