Support for sub-ohm vaping came in with the 30 watt model, and temperature control was in-built with the iStick 40W TC Mod. Now iStick have taken the next leap, releasing a 60 watt model that fires coils down to 0.05 ohms in temperature mode, or 0.15 ohms in wattage mode. This is the biggest range of resistance yet on an iStick.
In addition to this, the iStick now takes an 18650 battery and features on-board charging (no separate charger required), and the tall, rounded form factor is easy to hold.
Still included is the large screen that gives you all of the information you need – battery charge level, coil resistance, voltage and wattage. This model will run anything from your Aspire Nautilus Mini tank all the way through to the Kanger Subtank Mini and Freemax Starre sub-ohm tanks.
How does it vape?
There hasn’t been an iStick yet that hasn’t provided an excellent, low-cost option coupled with a great vape, and the 60W is no different. Simply whack on your tank and vape.
Adjustments from wattage mode to temperate mode are enabled by holding down the button below the adjustable wattage buttons, and you can switch here between wattage mode, temperature mode with Ni200 coils, and temperature mode with Titanium coils.
That’s a wide range of options for a budget device. We really appreciate the centred 510 pin, which means your tank sits in the middle of the device. With large box mods coming out all the time, this is becoming an uncommon feature, and we welcome its return here.
The best news? It’s the same price as the iStick 40W mod! You won’t be disappointed with iStick’s newest addition to its ever-growing line of products.
